Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. We will also cover all return shipping costs in these cases. To help us process your return quickly, please include clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order number when you reach out.

Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are printed and manufactured on demand, just for you. Because of this, we do not keep stock or operate a physical store, and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products (e.g. if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size or design).

How to Start a Return for a Defective Item

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and next steps.
